When Returns Apply

We accept returns and exchanges only on damaged or incorrect products. We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or any other reason. Every order is carefully packed — please review your size before purchasing.

Replacement First

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a full replacement at no extra cost. A refund is only issued if the product is unavailable for replacement.

How to Raise a Claim

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item.
